COACHING AT LCFC
Coaching is a great way to give back to the sport and your community. At Lane Cove FC we have built a strong foundation for our coaches through our coaching philosophy The Lane Cove Way. Coaches are a pivotal point in our player’s development so we are strongly committed to developing from the Grassroots level upwards.

We have an open expressions of interest for all aspiring coaches for the upcoming Winter Season. Please complete the EOI form to express your interest as a coach for next season!
LCFC COACH COORDINATOR TEAM
The Club Coaching Coordinator (CCC) programme was started in 2019 at Lane Cove FC to provide support, resources and guidance to coaches within grassroots football. The Head of Coaching role is undertaken by Adrian Cocaro (youthtd@lcfc.com.au).

The CCC team facilitate and promote initiatives to boost coach education within the club and to embed the Lane Cove Way principles into our coaching methodology. This includes but is not limited to: coaches pre-season and post-season events, coach education workshops, mentoring and general overseeing of training nights throughout the season.
